Small group sessions involve one or more group facilitators who lead a group of roughly five to eight clients Typically, groups meet for an hour or two each week. These groups are designed to target a specific problem, such as depression, obesity, panic disorder, social anxiety, chronic pain, or substance abuse. Other groups generally focus on improving social skills and helping people deal with anger, shyness, loneliness, and low self-esteem.

Our Process

Services are tailored to meet your needs. Upon admission, your needs will be identified and goals will be developed to address your identified needs to assist you in navigating your journey. Clinicians work closely with clients to learn more about the individual as a whole being, including belief systems, health factors, supports, daily life, etc., to develop the best possible treatment plan to assist you on your journey while integrating your individuality. Working with us should feel empowering, transformative, and safe with every interaction.
